These Terms govern your use of Golf Jarvi (the "app"), a voice-first AI golf caddy operated by Jarvis Golf ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
Golf Jarvi provides AI-assisted caddy advice, GPS distances, scorekeeping, swing and putting coaching, on-course conditions, stats, and friendly multiplayer matches. Features may change, and some require an active subscription.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, and don't impersonate others or share your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (and at least 13).
In-app match wagers use virtual bragging credits. They are for entertainment only, have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, cashed out, or exchanged, and are never real money or gambling.
You may submit content such as swing or putting videos and voice commands. You keep ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the app's features (for example, sending video frames or transcripts to our AI provider to generate coaching). You're responsible for having the rights to anything you submit.
Don't misuse the app: no illegal use, reverse engineering, scraping, interfering with the service, attempting to access other users' data, or uploading content you don't have the right to.
Caddy recommendations, distances, "plays-like" numbers, and swing/putting coaching are informational and provided "as is." AI can be wrong. They are not a substitute for your own judgment or professional instruction. Stay aware of your surroundings and play safely — never use the app in a way that distracts you from the course, other players, traffic, or hazards. GPS accuracy varies by device and conditions.
The app, its software, branding, and content (excluding your content) are owned by Jarvis Golf and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app under these Terms.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jarvis Golf is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app, including reliance on AI advice or GPS data.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service. Some provisions survive termination (e.g. ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability).
We may update these Terms; we'll revise the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
